Japan Patent Office (JPO) has published its seminar materials to explain the pilot program to distribute patent information via API as below (in Japanese).

As previously posted, JPO plans to distribute certain patent data via API as the pilot program in April 2022. The introductory seminar was held in November for people who have their interest in this and they published the seminar materials used in this seminar.
Because this is just the pilot program, there are limitation to the number of users per each organizaion, the maximum traffic and the avairable data via API. For patent landsacape, patent practioners can utilze, visualize and analyze such data based on their preference. I hope the full access to patent-related data will be avairable soon!
