Description
Since May 2020, the EPO has been conducting a pilot project on holding oral proceedings before opposition divisions by videoconference. Since September 2020, it has also been able to provide interpretation, where requested, for these oral proceedings and to conduct them with interpretation even when a greater number of participants is involved.
This free online lecture prepares attendees to participate effectively in oral proceedings by videoconference. They can learn directly from patent examiners and attorneys, who will share their experiences, provide practical tips and take part in discussions.
