In addition, the section "4. Q&A on inventor's amendment (「4. 発明者の補正に関するQ&A」)" is very helpful. For example, as shown in Q2 below, JPO has eliminated the need for a stamp on Inventor's declaration . On the other hand, since the original copy should be submitted, it seems that snail mail, etc. will be necessary and the email and other e-submission are not acceptable even now.
Q2 発明者の宣誓書に押印は必要ですか。押印不要であれば、原本での提出が必要でしょうか。
A2. 特許庁関係手続における押印の見直しに伴い、発明者相互の宣誓書につきましても発明者の押印（外国人の場合は署名）は不要となりました。なお、宣誓書の押印は不要となりましたが、原本の提出に代えて写しやPDFでの提出を認めることとする改正は行われておりません。したがって、特許庁へ提出いただく宣誓書は、これまでどおり原本を提出する必要がございます。オンラインによる提出はできませんので、郵送により提出してください。なお、手続補正書や手続補足書への押印又は識別ラベルの貼付も不要です。
