先日の投稿で挙げた、許可予定通知の際の許可クレームと明細書の整合性についても初日からレクチャーに上がっていますね。楽しみな内容です。
第2回の口頭審理もオンライン会議がokになりましたし、関連する拡大審決も出ているので面白そうですね。
第3回にもコンピュータ関連発明とAIと昨年シュミレーションについての拡大審決も出たり、AIの発明者適格性についての審決も出ているので見逃せません。

This series of online lectures gives an overview of the new Guidelines for Examination (in force as of March 2022) and the updates relevant for examiner procedures. Lawyers, examiners and administrators from the EPO will hold the lectures.
The lectures look in detail at the main changes in the Guidelines divided in 6 lectures:
