Especially, the boundary between military use and commercial use of such technology such as AI, quantum computing and antibiotics is blur. Therefore, I would like to monitor how much such "dual-use technology" would be restricted as "secret patent".
In addition, according to "経済安全保障法制に関する有識者会議", this system would also include "restriction to file certain patent applications with other Offices for reasons of national security ".
