現在、欧州特許庁(EPO)で進歩性における出願後の証拠提出についてのplausibilityの基準についての拡大審判が係属中です。下記のアナウンスによるとEPOは"The President of the EPO has decided that, in view of the potential impact of the referral, all examination and opposition proceedings before the EPO in which the decision depends entirely on the outcome of the referral will be stayed ex officio. The stay will be lifted as soon as possible after the Enlarged Board of Appeal has issued its decision. "とあるように、拡大審決の結果に影響を受ける審査や異議の手続きをステイするそうです。
化学・バイオ系を中心にステイの影響があるかもしれないですね。
